All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. No grounds fee. Entries made the first week of opening may be changed or cancelled without penalty up until 1 week before competition. Discount fees for early entry (see entry fees). Paper pinny numbers will be used for N and T; pinny holder required. BN will use cloth pinny, no pinny holder required.
Add $20 to entry for competition cancellation insurance (full refund). Neg. Coggins within 1 year required for all horses. for info. Double entries: Accepted, $25. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. No deposit required for pinny. Lost pinney $25.  Refunds: Before C.D.- In full less office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling- Less $25 non-refundable office fee ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. USEA fees returned.. Accept phone cancellation to sec´y or email with reply from sec stating that it has been received. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Competitor Information

Trophyand 8 ribbons per division.

Limited. $40/stall/night. Some perm. stalls on grounds. Perm. stalls approx. 5 mile from event. Stall doors & 1 bag shavings provided. $25 muck fee in separate check: Will be torn up if stall is stripped/cleaned. Test & arena sizes: T/TN-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: New footing Sand  indoor, Sand & rubber outdoor, grass warm-up.


T-2400 m @ 420 mpm; TN/N-2000 m @ 375 mpm; BN-1600 m @ 325 mpm/max height 2'7" h. Terrain: Rolling hills. Courses:  good for first time at the USEA recognized level.  . Water, banks & ditches.  All courses updated.

Other Information:

TN division will show jump w/T.  Cross country may include opt T fences.  Cross-country course closed June 21. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences (Horse, Rider, Open) under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list available from sec'y or website: Dogs must be leashed. Food available; Free drinks and snacks for course walk. Bring water. Water provided for bathing horses; ice, if weather/humidity index high.   New parking area.  Cross country clinic competition course: see Olney Farm website for more information.   A beginner- friendly event: small but sweet.  Good food.  !
