This schedule is tentative. Cross country and show jumping may be held on both Saturday and Sunday dependent on number of entries in each division and weather.

ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED TO 250 TOTAL HORSES. All CCI1* entries submitted by closing date will be accepted. Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. $50.00 NSF fee. Stabling is Thursday 12:00 pm - Sunday 5 pm. Clean Stall Deposit check will be destroyed if stall is stripped.
Double entries: Not accepted.
CCI and CIC entries must use 2014 USEA Three Day CCI/CIC Entry Form. All US Horses and Riders must be registered with the USEF and FEI. All US 1* horses must have either an FEI Passport or National passport indicating required influenza primary series and boosters. All horses and riders must have a current USEA number.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals must be received in writing by mail, email or fax by 9:00 PM CST Closing Date. After C.D.-No refund. Competition cancellation - No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the

Entry status will be posted to the website www.FRVPCHorsetrials.org and emailed. Scratches & changes must be emailed or faxed with complete info, including rider, horse & division. No matter what level you ride, you must submit the 2014 Entry Form signature page signed by rider, owner/agent and trainer. Forms can be founds at www.useventing.com/competitions
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Special prizes offered by Barrington Saddlery. Many perpetual trophies, with silver awarded. The Low P/T Dressage Score Award - a gourmet treat. The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T. I. P.) Awards - Prize money award of $100 and ribbons offered by for the low score eligible Thoroughbred in each division: BN, N, T, P, and CCI1*. Haflinger Award of Excellence in Eventing -$250 and championship ribbon, will be presented to the lowest scoring Haflinger completing the event. The FRVPC XC Technical Merit award - judged by our celebrity guest professional rider (past riders: Allison Springer, Peter Gray, Clayton Fredericks). The Oliver Award - presented to the best turned out pair at the CCI1* jogs.
Stabling on site, temp & perm. stalls with doors-$175 Thurs-Sun. Request for group stabling use one name i.e: barn or trainer. North Central Prairie Pony Club Rally participants should indicate NCPR RALLY on stabling form. Initial bedding provided. Additional bedding for sale onsite. Test & arena sizes: CCI1*- 2009 FEI One Star Test B-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas and Warm-up: Sand & grass. Note CCI1* and Prelim tests will be in standard arena on sand.
CCI1*-3700+/- m @ 550mpm; P-2800+/- m @ 520 mpm; T-2550+/- m @ 450 mpm N-2050+/- m @ 400 mpm BN-1600 m+/- @ 350 mpm. CCI1* course: good introduction to the International level with some challenging questions. All national courses: Average difficulty for horses with some experience at these levels. Cross Country course closed sunset, Friday, May 30. Cross country maintenance program is ongoing. We are continually developing new tracks, aerovating and seeding, and adding new jumps at each level. Please refrain from schooling when the ground is soft and wet! We are privileged to be able to use the Spring Creek Forest Preserve of Cook County. Please respect their regulations: NO UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES ON CROSS COUNTRY COURSE. NO BIKES ON COURSE. NO CAMPING, TENTS OR FIRES ALLOWED. ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED. We will be providing spectator and trainer transportation to cross country.
Entry limit 250 horses. Pony Club Rally participants should indicate division and level as well as Pony Club Rally. Levels may be eliminated/divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and include birth date on entry.

Food on grounds. Whole Foods Competitors Party: Saturday evening after cross-country. Competitors = free! Others = $10. Tickets at secretary stand. Band and dancing.
All riders must sign the Barrington Hills Park District Release and FRVPC Release. If you are under 18 years old, release form must be signed by your Parent/Guardian. Mail to secretary with rider information clearly listed or bring to Check-in.
