From South: Either: I-87 N to Exit 21A (Mass. Pike) Get off Exit B-1/ take first Exit after Toll Booth = Exit 12, Rt. 9. Turn left onto Rt. 9 south. Go approx. 1 mile to left onto County Rt. 32. Approx 2 mi. to left onto Woodward Rd. Comp. Entrance on right.
OR: Rt. 22 N to Austerlitz; Turn left onto St. Rt. 203. Follow 8 mi to Chatham. At light, turn right onto Rt. 66 N. follow to Chatham Center, across red metal bridge. In approx 1/2 mi. Rt. 66 goes right, stay straight onto Rt. 17. Follow to Stop. Turn right onto Rt. 203. go thru hamlet of N. Chatham approx. 1 mi to left turn onto Rt. 32 W. Approx 1/2 mi to right onto Woodward Rd. Comp. entrance on right.
From North: Either: I-87S  to I-90 E. Take Exit 12. Turn right onto Rt. 9 south. Approx. 1 mi to left onto Rt. 32E. Approx 2 mi to Woodward Rd. on left. Comp. Entrance on right. Or: Rt. 22 south to Rt. 20 West to Nassau. At light turn left onto Rt. 203. Follow 4 mi to right onto Rt. 32 W. Approx. 1/2 mi to Woodward Rd. on right. Comp. entrance on right.
From East: Mass Pike West to Exit B-1. Take Exit 12 after toll booth. turn left onto Rt. 9 so. Approx. 1 mi. to left onto Rt. 32 E. Appox. 2 mi to Woodward Rd. on left. Comp. entrance on right.
From West: I-90 E to Exit 12. Turn right off exit ramp onto Rt. 9 south. Go 1 mile to left onto County Rt. 32. Follow 2 miles to left onto Woodward Rd.

Entries:

Intro Test is full HT w/XC, max. ht. 2'. Entry includes $25 non-refundable Office Fee. Divisions may be divided; state age and experience on Entry Form. Refunds: Before CD: Entry and Stabling In Full less $25 Office Fee; After CD: Less $25 Office Fee only if place/stall can be filled. Compettion cancellation: No refund unless circumstances allow partial refund at discretion of Organizer.
BN HT, Intro and Combined Test entries do not need to be USEA members: BN HT and CT will need to pay $25 non-member fee. Intro entrants are exempt from USEA Membership/non-membership fees. CT and Intro entrants are exempt from USEA Starter and Drug Fees. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all entries. Any non-competeing horses must get permission from Organizer, pay $20 fee and get a number from the Sec.  No pinney deposit required. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test

Competitor Information
Awards:
Prizes and ribbons to 6th place in all divisions. Special award for Low Score in HT divisions. The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) is offering ribbons, prizes and prize money to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level. The reserve low point placed Thoroughbred will receive a ribbon. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P. Numbers to event secretary with entry. For more information, visit www.tjctip.com. All prize money will be provided to the host horse show for distribution.  Intro Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $50 prize money and  prize;  Beginner Novice Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $50 prize  money and prize;  Novice Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $50 prize money and  prize;  Novice/Training  Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $50 prize money and prize;  Training  Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $50 prize and money. 


Stabling/Veterinarian:

On Grounds portable stabling: $130.  
Off Site Stabling available at various local barns, $60 per night; Please state preference on Entry Form.
Sec. will be in touch with those requiring Stabling. $25 Clean Stall Deposit required - Separate Check

Test and arena sizes:  PT: USEF 2014 Prelim Test A - Sm; TN-2014 USEF Training Test A -Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm.  BN: USEA 2014 BN Test B-Sm. Intro Eventing Test: 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. CT:  T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. Dressage arenas and warm-up on sand.
Cross-Country:
 PT: 2000-2200m @ 470. T: 2000-2200 @ 450; TN: 1600m @ 385; N: [email protected] 365; BN: 1400 @ 350; Intro Eventing Test: 1300m @ 325. All courses open and inviting on mostly flat terrain; Water at all levels. Ditches at N&T; Step for BN, N &T. P/T Division may have slightly different track with "Prelim-like" questions.   New Training Course will be similar in difficulty to other levels here. 
Other Information:

Cross Country course Closed. Stadium Courses for Hybrid divisions will be different than regular divisions. Look at course maps!
Parking will be tight: cars and trailers cannot be parked together. Please follow Parking Attendants directions. Dogs must be kept on leash and under control. Food Concession on grounds.  Schooling/clinic info at www.larkinhill.com

We will be using the Permanent Pinney holder system. Riders will be responsible for purchasing their own holder, the event will supply the numbers. They can be purchased thru Bit of Britain, or we will have some available for sale at the event for $20.00.
