Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee.  Checks and credit card charges will be processed upon entry acceptance.  Undersubscribed post entries may be accepted and a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Double entries not accepted. All Intermediate and Preliminary riders must include copy of USEF member card for rider and owner with entry.  USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee.  Add these association fees to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry form totalled with other applicable fees and submit with your entry.  XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required---for sale on site each. 

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. no refunds. **ALL SCRATCHES / CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING, EMAIL OR FAX.** Changes after closing date subject to availability of slots in other divisions. A change fee of up to $50.00 may apply.  Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses (state law). Copy of Coggins must accompany entry

Awards:
HT: Ribbons through 10th place and awards in kind or prize money through 3rd place paid by check to the owner of the horse listed on entry.  
Stabling/Veterinarian:

$90.00 for duration Wednesday thru Sunday. $30 for each additional night. Turn out paddock day use only, $25.  If space permits, day stalls may be rented for $30/ night. 300 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. Tack stalls $90. $25 one-time grounds fee per horse for non-stabled horses. All fees must be included with entry.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Good Food on grounds. ALL dogs MUST be on a leash. Any dog caught off leash will be charged $100 to go to jump building fund.
Saturday Evening Competitor Party Included in entry for competitors $15 / person for each additional ticket please include reservations and $ with your entry.
Please fill out information about your horse and competition history on bottom of entry form for announcer.
Due to state requirements, no 4-wheel drive/all terrain vehicles or motorcycles will be allowed on the cross-country course. Limited number of Golf Carts available on grounds, contact [email protected]. Golf cart use on XC course will be limited to moving equipment to vet box and designated parking spots.
