From South: I‑65 north to exit 76 north. Take US 31 north to third traffic light (SR 252). Left 3 mi. to Schoolhouse Rd. Turn right & follow sign to Hoosier Horse Park.

T3D/N3D Event: Arrival Noon Wed May 28 through Noon Thur May 29. Thurs: TR/N 3-Day Mandatory meeting 12pm, First Horse Inspection 5 pm. Cross-country Open-3 pm.
Fri: IP/P Dressage-1 pm. TR 3-Day Dressage-9 am, N3D Dressage will follow T3D. Open Training HT division may do dressage.
Sat: Dressage?7 am; Cross-country?8 am. Training and Beg. Novice HT Show Jumping-11 am.  T3D/N3D start of A to be determined.
Sun: Show Jumping?9 am. Training and Beg. Novice cross-country-9 am. 
TR 3-Day: Final Horse Inspection 8:00 am; N3D Final Horse Inspection will follow.

Stabling: $46.00/night
Grounds Fee: $25.00 per horse/day (non-stabled competing horses)
Non Compete Horse Fee: $25.00 per horse/day plus stabling fee.
Early arrival: $46/day.
Secretary office hours:  Thursday: 9am-7pm. Friday: 9am-7pm, Saturday: 7am-7pm, Sunday: 7am-3pm.  Any arrivals other then these times should contact the secretary well in advance. To arrange for bedding, camper hook-ups, etc. please contact the Hoosier Horse Park at 812-526-6809.
Golf cart: $55.00/day for 2-seater; MUST be arranged in advance; send with entry or contact Secretary. Limited quantity, MUST order by competition closure date.
Entry Fees after Close:  All payments received after Close must be paid via Money Order or Cashier's Check.  NSF  fee of $50 will be charged for each NSF check.  

Entries:
Include printed, legible current email address on entry. All correspondence from the Secretary will be via Email. Entries will not be considered “complete” until payment is received. Please send complete entry with original signatures, payment, and Negative Coggins (dated w/in 12 months of event date) to the Secretary. Online Entries: You are encouraged to enter and pay electronically using Xentry. Signature page, Coggins, and fees must be mailed to the Secretary within 5 days of the online submission or your entry will be assigned an adjusted “postmark” based on when payment is received. Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. Multiple entries accepted subject to scheduling. Changes/Scratches: must be made in writing via snail mail or email only. NO phone or voice mail withdrawals accepted. $50 Fee for all changes after closing date and NO changes accepted after May 21. Scratches will only be filled from the waiting list. Refunds: Full refund less $25 non-refundable office fee for withdrawals received in writing (via email or snail mail) prior to the closing date. No refunds for withdrawal requests received after the closing date. No refunds if competition is cancelled for any reason. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Intermediate and Preliminary: Copy of current USEF membership card must be included with entry. T3D Qualifications: refer to USEF Rules for Eventing, Appendix 3. N3D Qualifications: Refer to USEA web site. Beginner Novice entrants who are not current USEA members must include $25 non-member fee with entry: Stabling With: Please use a single farm or competitor name for all entrants wishing to stable together. Other: This event uses the vinyl XC bibs and paper pinny inserts.  A liminted number of Pinny holders will be available at the event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant.

ENTRY STATUS: Entry status will be posted on Start Box http://www.startboxscoring.com/ . Post/email verfication of entry will NOT be sent.
Competitor Information
Awards:
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. T3D/N3D Awards given for: 1. Best Turned Out Horse, 2. Best Conditioned Horse, 3. Best Cross-Country Ride. Cash prizes for 1st - 3rd place for each division: 1st=$80.00; 2nd=$40.00; 3rd=$20.00.
Stabling/Veterinarian:

$46/night.  380 perm. stalls on grounds. Temporary Stabling may be used if necessary. Early arrivals MUST contact sec'y IN ADVANCE, $46/day. Stall doors only provided. Bedding available for purchase from Hoosier Horse Park office, Tel. # 812-526-6809.  Limited quantity, order by close date. Veterinarian/Farrier: #'s will be posted at sec'y booth.

Cross-Country:
IP/OP?2800 m @ 520 mpm. OT?2400 m @ 425 mpm. ON?2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN?2000 m @ 350 mpm.
T3D: Phase A: 3520 meters @ 220 MPM, Phase B: 1560 meters @ 520 MPM, Phase C: 4000 meters @ 220 MPM, Phase D: 2900 meters @ 470 MPM. N3D: Phase A: 3520 m @ 220 mpm, Phase B: 1350 m @ 450 mpm, 2 jumps (one on each side) for a total of 4 efforts, Phase C: 4000 m @ 160 mpm, Phase D: 2200 m @ 400 mpm.
Terrain: Mostly flat, some woods, & some prairie. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level. There has been continuing improvements to footing and galloping paths.
Other Information:

Cross-country schooling may be available Sunday after the completion of the HT, at managements discretion; $35 thru Hoosier Horse Park. See secretary to pay fees, sign release form, and obtain Pinny. Mathematical errors on your entry resulting in refunds of $25.00 or less will be donated to the XC jump fund.
Saturday night dinner/party FREE for competitors and volunteers; $15.00 for others. 
Cross?country course closed May 16th.
Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed on short leash, loose dogs fined. GET INVOLVED!
