Stabling: $120.00
Trailer-in Fee: $ 75.00 (non-stabled horses)
Entry fee includes $25 non-refundable office fee.  Up to $50.00 late fee for entries received after closing date. Double entries: Call ahead. Trailer on entries must pay fee of $75 for weekend, due with entry. This is for horses not using stabling. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA Starter Fees and USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived. Refunds: Before C.D.-Full refund less $25 non-refundable office fee; after C.D.-Entry No refund unless spot can be filled from wait list. Stabling will not be refunded after C.D., no exceptions.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
In the event of insufficient entries, Post Entries will be accepted; entries are subject to $50 post entry fee charge. Competition cancellation-no refund, will forward entry to next show season less stabling. Neg. Coggins required within 6 months for out-of-state horses. 
Complete Entries: An entry is considered complete if it is received, hard copy form (not electronic, faxed, or Xentry), with full payment, before closing date.  Entries post marked for the closing date and received after the closing date are considered late.  If your entry fulfills these requirements you will not be charged a late fee.  Only complete entries will be entered into the system, all others will not be entered into the event.  Riders using Xentry: if you pay and submit an entry through Xentry, you still must send in your hard copy for your entry to be considered complete!  For any questions please email or call.

Competitor Information

Ribbons to 8th place – prizes to 4th.

$120/stall from Wednesday to Sunday.  Non-compete horses: $100 grounds fee, $120 stall. Please order shavings before event, bagged shavings $10.00 per bag . Shavings and hay available for sale at show office: Bermuda grass and alfalfa available: $15.00/bale. First bag of shavings provided free compliments of Copper Meadows. Bring stall guards. Veterinarian: Pacific Coast Equine Veterinary Services, (619) 995-5501; # will be posted at event office.

Test & arena sizes: CIC2** - 2009 FEI CCI/CIC Two Star Test A - Std.  CIC1* - 2009 FEI CCI/CIC One Star Test A - Std.  A-2014 USEF Advanced Test A-Std. OI-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A -Std. All P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. All T-2014 USEF Training Test A -Sm. All N-2014 USEF Novice TestA -Sm. All BN/Intro-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A -Sm. Arenas: Sand.
A - 3300m @ 570 mpm. All OI- 3200m @ 550 mpm. All P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. All T-2300 m @ 450 mpm. All N-1800 m @ 400 mpm. BN- 1670 m @350 mpm/max. height 2f6h. Intro-1600m @ 240 mpm; options at the water, one small up bank and ditch. All courses: Average for horses with some experience at this level.  All courses will have banks, ditches and a water obstacle.  Gently rolling terrain, set on 40 acres.  
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed March 1. Divisions will be further divided or combined as needed, check web page for updates on schedule. Copper Meadows reserves the right to change from 3-day format to a 2-day format due to number of entries. Stabling for non-competing horses is allowed. Please check for availability, Cost: $100 grounds fee, $120 stabling fee due with request. Food on grounds beginning on Wednesday. Dogs allowed-must be on leash. Caution--we have severe problem with coyotes and several dogs have disappeared. Party: Saturday night. Everyone invited, live band!
