Directions:

Farm Address: 1432 Augusta Rd, Thomson, GA 30824. Farm is 2 miles east of Thomson on US 78/278. FROM I-20 EASTBOUND: Exit 172, left on GA 17, 1/2 mile to light at NEW GA 17 bypass. Turn right, then go straight thru next two stop lights, cross RR overpass to stop light at US 78/278 East/Augusta Highway. Turn left, main farm entrance is 3/4 mile on left at brick sign. FROM I-20 WESTBOUND: Exit 175, left on GA 150, 2 miles to NEW GA 17 bypass. Turn left, go through one light, cross RR overpass to stop light at US 78/278 East/Augusta Highway. Turn left, main farm entrance is 3/4 mile on left at brick sign.

Stabling: (show nights of March 14,15): $ 125.00 Addit'l non-show nights: $ 20.00  NC horses: $150 (includes $25 surcharge)
Stall Cleaning Deposit:  $25 separate check included with entry, cannot pay on line.
Grounds fee: $ 50.00 (non-stabled horses)
Surcharge: $ 25.00 (non-compete horses)
RV hook up: $ 40.00 (include in entry fee), minimum 2 nights reservation
Tack stall: $125 (if space provides)

Entries:
No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Xentry and pay with credit card. Entries may be mailed in, but all fees must be postmarked by closing date, 2/25/14, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed.  Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 2/26/14, or a $50 late fee will be charged.  If entry hand delivered, contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt.  No entry scheduled without prior payment.  Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $30 non-refundable USEF non-member fee will be owed. Double entries: Not accepted. $50 grounds fee for non-stabled horses. $25 surcharge for non-entered horses.  All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number.  BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry.  All horses competing at the Beginner Novice level must be registered with at least a Restricted status.  Refunds: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 2/25/14, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list).  No refunds after 3/8/14. If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be faxed or e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING NUMBERS & STABLE FORM.  $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send Coggins. Check weekly entry status list at www.pinetopfarm.com for entry acknowledgement & ALL other info. No other notification method will be used. Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc. Do not wait until times are done, check status after you enter.
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Competitor Information
Awards:

Prize & 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $125/stall.(tack stall $125 if available) non show nights, $20 per night.
Include a $25 separate check for stall cleaning fee with entry.  Cannot pay on line.  If paying stall cleaning fee at check in, must be paid with cash, not check.  $50 grounds fee for non-stabled horses. 150 perm. stalls on grounds. No portable stalls. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. Bedding-shavings only, available for $7 per bag. Pre-paid shavings will be delivered to stall. No straw bedding. $150 stall fee for non-competing horses if space is available.
All stalls must be left free of all hay, manure including loose manure balls, and urine spots.   If stalls left thoroughly clean, then stall deposit check will be torn up, if not left clean, check will be cashed. Tack stalls $125 if space is available. Veterinarian:  Dr. Kim Keeton,  706-612-6018 # will be posted at office.
Accommodations:

Ask for Pine Top Rates! White Columns Inn-5 mi., 706-595-8000. Camping: Limited electric/water hookups. $40/night. Minimum 2 night reservation. Pay in advance to reserve hookups. First come first served. Campers must be labeled with owner's name and cell phone number. No Tent camping.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: P/PT-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand. Warm-up grass.

Cross-Country:
P-3100 m @ 520 mpm. T-2600 m @ 470 mpm. N-2200 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm,  max. height 2'7" for BN. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand-based turf on 200 acres of rolling open pastures, some woods. No clay or stones. Jumps are substantial. All courses: Average, for horses with experience at this level. Courses will be near maximum distance and efforts.  Water on all courses.  Check out Pine Top's Facebook for more info.
Other Information:
Cross-country course not open for schooling.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Excellent concessions on grounds by Thomson High band boosters, open early for breakfast.
Dogs must be leashed.  Strictly enforced.
No Non-competing horses in warm up during competition, enforced, must get bridle number from show secretary and wear at all times when out of stall.
Close all gates in stabling areas after dark.
