Directions:
GMHA is on Rte 106 - 6 miles south of Woodstock at 5491 South Road, South Woodstock, VT.
From West NY Thruway: To I-87 Northway to exit 20. Take Rte 149 to Fort Ann, then Rt. 4 East to Rutland then Woodstock. Take right on Rt. 106 (before Woodstock Inn) south 6 miles to GMHA.
From South: I-91 to Ascutney, exit 8 Rt. 131 west 7 miles to Rte 106 north, 12 miles to GMHA. From East: I-89 North to exit 1 in Vt. Take Rt. 4 West into Woodstock, go around the green, then right  Rt. 106 south to GMHA. SPEED limit 25 mph strictly enforced in Woodstock!

Sun: P,T,N,BN : Cross country 7:30am.

Grounds Fee: $20.00 per entry for non-stabled horse
Entries:
Mail paper entry and stable form postmarked on opening date, use USEA 2014 Horse Trials Entry Form, stabling form, Coggins test and Rabies certificate, draw checks to GMHA, one check per horse/rider combination, only 4 horses may be competed per rider, negative coggins dated after 6/8/2013. • Entries without payment will not be accepted. • Entries may not be postmarked prior to the opening date.• Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant and based on the discretion of show management; state division preferences under the Eligible Section. • Entry confirmation status will be posted on www.gmhainc.org and www.area1usea.org • Membership: See rules for Beginner Novice entries must be a USEA member, or pay the USEA non-member fee. USEA membership required at Novice Level and above. Preliminary Competitors (rider, owner, trainer, coach) must submit copies of USEF membership card OR pay USEF non-member fees.  • Bring your pinney for slide in X-C numbers. • All changes must be made in writing, – prefer email, but mail or fax acceptable • There will be a $30 change fee for ANY change to an entry after the closing date; ex. change of horse, rider or division (if space allows). • There is a $30 fee for any bounced checks. • Refunds: Scratches received in writing on or before the closing date will be refunded minus a $25 office fee. No refunds of entry fees after the closing date.  In the event the competition has to cancel, there will be no refunds. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Competitor Information
Awards:
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Special Award presented to the GMHA Member with the best overall score at any level. Become a GMHA member today! 
Stabling/Veterinarian:
155 permanent box stalls and 42 portable stalls, all with solid doors. Hay and bagged shavings available for purchase, $10 per bale/bag. • No tack stalls available. • No refunds on stabling after the closing date, unless show management is able to fill your stall. • Stalls are to be stripped upon departure. No stall cleaning deposit is required; however, the competitor will be billed $50 for a  stall left dirty. • No non-competing horses on grounds.
VETERINARIAN/FARRIER: Veterinarian: TBA; will be on call Friday; on grounds  Sat & Sun  Farrier: TBA; will be on-call Friday, on-grounds  Sat & Sun   Phone numbers will be posted in the office and the event program.
Accommodations:
Visit www.gmhainc.org or www.woodstockvt.com for accommodations list. Town of Woodstock Zoning Prohibits Camping of Any Kind (tents, trailer, camper, etc) on GMHA grounds.
Book lodging early: Covered Bridges Half Marathon (2000 runners) in town too!
Dressage:
Test & arena sizes:  P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Grass and sand.
Cross-Country:
 P-2200 m @ 520 mpm. T-2000 m @ 450 mpm. N-1600 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1400 m @ 350 mpm. Terrain: Hilly; much water, 3/4 in fields, remainder in woods. P/T/N/BN good early season courses.
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed May 21. No wheeled or motorized vehicles on Cross-Country Course• Concession on-grounds during show hours.  • Strict Dog Policy – Pet must be leashed at all times. $50.00 fee for each off-leash occurrence. No dogs allowed on cross-country course on cross-country day. • Horses must wear bridle number when out of stall. • Cell Phone coverage is unreliable in Vermont (and non-existent at GMHA) We recommend bringing a calling card with you.
