From I‑89: Exit 3. Left off ramp to Rt. 107 ‑ 1/4 mile to Rt. 14. Turn right on Rt. 14 South. Turn right onto Royalton Hill Rd. Fox Stand, downhill, cross RR tracks & bridge & immediately turn left. Go 1 mile; becomes a dirt road. Turn left onto Back River Road. Go 1 mile; HPF on left.

Tentative Schedule:

Fri: Cross‑country course open-3 pm.
Sat: Dressage (OP/OT)-8 am; Cross‑country (OP/OT)-10 am; Show Jumping immediately follows cross country round, wear XC attire.
Sun: Dressage (ON/BN)-8 am; Cross-country (ON/BN)-10 am; Show Jumping immediately follows cross country round, wear XC attire.

Entry: All divisions:
$190 per division with $10 from each entry going to prize money for each division.

Entries:
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors must be USEA members. $20 change fee -changes must be emailed. $20 pinney fee for unreturned pinny: you will be billed. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. All refunds must be requested via email. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months; must accompany entry.

Prizes and prize money for each division & 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Veterinarian: Dr. Kirsten Glass, DVM.  HPF has a limited number of on grounds stalls. However, we will provide a comprehensive list of off grounds stalls available in the area. Check our website for details. www.hitchingpostfarm.com
Accommodations:

Due to Vermont Law School graduation the same weekend, local rooms are hard to find. Many of our friends offering stabling are also offering rooms. 
Also look in the White River/ Lebanon, NH area for larger hotels. 25-30 minutes, lots of restaurants, shopping.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test A - Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand Warm?Up: Grass. 

Cross-Country:

P?2100 m @ 520 mpm. T?1900 m @ 420 mpm. N-1600 m @ 350 mpm. BN?1400m @ 350 mpm. All courses: All jumps are inviting but terrain does provide challenges. 

Other Information:

Cross‑country course closed May 1.
All dogs must be on leashes.
Levels may be further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
We are a carry in/carry out event, please take your trash with you.
Water can be a distance from some parking locations; we recommend that you bring water with you.
