Directions:

Farm Address: 1432 Augusta Rd, Thomson, GA 30824. Farm is 2 miles east of Thomson on US 78/278.
From I-20 Eastbound: Exit 172, right on GA 17, 2 miles to light at GA 17 bypass. Turn left, then go straight thru next two intersections, cross RR tracks to stop light at US 78/278 East. Turn left, main farm entrance is ½ mile on left at brick sign.
From I-20 Westbound: Exit 175, left on GA 150, 3 miles to GA 17 bypass. Turn left at light go through one 4-way stop, cross RR tracks to stop light at US 78/278 East. Turn left, main farm entrance is ½ mile on left at brick sign.

No Canadian checks or money orders. No Canadian checks with Canadian routing numbers (even if drawn on US banks). Entry will not be accepted, due to an international clearing house fee charged to Pine Top. 


One check per horse - no exceptions!

Entry: I: $200;  IP/P: $200.00;  PT/T/TN/N/BN: $180.00; Starter: $150.00 (entries post-marked after closing date (11/12), add $25 late fee.) Contact Pine Top for availability after CD.
Grounds Fee: $50.00 (Non-stabled horses)
Stabling: $125.00 (Covers show nights only, early arrival pays extra night stabling)
Extra night stabling: $20 per night
Non-compete horses: $150 (Includes $25 surcharge)
Tack stalls:  $125 (Only available after horses have been assigned stalls. 
Camping: $ 35.00/night  (Note on stable form if RV is large and/or requires 50 amps.  Because of certain RV requirements, may not be able to honor, "stable with request".)
Extra shavings:  $7.00 per bag (One bag included with entry fee)
Returned check fee: $50
USEF Non-member fee: $30 (If current rider and owner USEF cards not submitted with entry to Prelim and above.
Change fee: $25 per change
All fees owed at check in must be paid in cash.
Entries:

No entry accepted or scheduled without payment at time entry received.  Riders and owners at Prelim and /or above, must send current USEF card with entry.  If not, you will have to pay a non-refundable $30 USEF non-member fee at check in.  Refunds: Before C.D.- Check will be voided, After C.D.-Half credit until midnight November 24th.  After C.D. no refund. Scratches & changes must be e-mailed with complete info, including rider, horse & division.  No phone calls.  INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE.  Change of horse or rider requires a new entry faxed or e-mailed. $25 fee for each change. Entries postmarked after CD (11/12), add $25 late fee to entry if space is available. Contact Pine Top for availability. Fees due at check-in must be paid in cash. Competition cancellation-No refund. Competitor Information
Awards:

Prizes & 8 big pretty ribbons per division.  Will mail ribbions if payment and address is left with show secretary.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited. $125/Stall from Friday thru Sunday.  Extra nights, $20 per night.  Non-compete horses $150 (includes $25 surcharge). Tack stalls, $125 only if available. 150 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/initial bedding provided (1 bag of shavings per stall).  Bedding-shavings only, available for $7 per bag.  No straw bedding. Further info from sec. Vet: Dr. Kim Keeton 706-612-6018 # will be posted at office. Stable with requests for late entries may not be honored.  Certain RV requirements may prevent "stable with request" being honored.  Please let us know on your stable form if your RV is large and or requires 50 amps.

Accommodations:
Ask for Horse Trials Rates! White Columns Inn-5 mi.,1-706-595-8000or www.whitecolumnsinn.com. Camping: Limited hook-ups $35/night, assigned by postmark. Make note on stable form if RV is big and/or needs 50 amps.  RV requirements may prevent, "stable with request", from being honored.
Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: I/IP-2010 USEF Intermediate Test A;  P/PT-2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T/TN-2010 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Starter: 2011 USDF Intro Test C-Cm. Arenas: Sand. Warm-up grass.
Cross-Country:
I- 3600  m @ 550. P-3200 m @ 520 mpm. T-2500 m @ 470 mpm. N-2100 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm. Starter: 1200 m @ 300 mpm; no ditches or banks, has a water option, maximum height 2'. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand-based turf on 200 acres of rolling pasture with some woods. No clay or stones. Jumps are substantial. All courses: Average, or better, for horses with some experience. All courses near maximum distance and efforts with multiple waters.
Other Information:

Entry limit - when stabling is full. Close gates to stabling at night.
Cross-country course closed.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Excellent concessions by Thomson High School Band Boosters.
Dogs must be leashed, or pay $20 loose dog fee in cash.
Fees due at check-in must be paid in cash.
Competitor must provide pinny holder. Pine Top will provide the paper pinny number. Pinny holder can be purchased for $25. E-mail for availability.
