From I-45 Dallas or Houston to Centerville: Hwy. 7 W about 45 miles to Kosse.  Hwy. 14 South for 2.5 miles to gate on left.
From I-35 to Hwy 6 South to Marlin: Hwy. 7 E about 15 miles to Kosse.  Hwy. 14 South for 2.5 miles to gate on left. 
From Dallas: I-45 South to Richland (Hwy. 14) thru Mexia & Groesbeck to Kosse.  Hwy. 14 S. as above.
From Houston/290:  Take Hwy 6 North through Bryan/College Station.  Through Hearn, Calvert to Hwy 14 on right.  Through Bremond 6 miles to gate on right.

N3D / T3D:
Thurs: Park open - noon. 2 - 5 pm, in-barn inspections. Road/Track clinic, 6 pm. Welcome reception/mandatory meeting, 7 pm.
Fri: First inspection, 8 am. Dressage, 10 am. Steeplechase clinic, 2 pm. Official course walks, 4 pm.
Sat: Endurance Phase A, 9 am. Fall Social Event, 6 pm.
Sun: Second horse inspection, 8 am. Show Jumping 10 am.

Stabling: $135.00 Thursday noon - Sunday 8 pm.  Additional nights, email for confirmation, $25/night.  Includes 1 bag shavings (NO outside shavings allowed).  PLEASE STRIP YOUR STALL BEFORE YOU LEAVE. 
Tack Stall: Based on availability, competition management has the right to rescind tack stalls if competition is full.  $125.00 Thursday noon - Sunday 8 pm.
Grounds Fee: $ 65.00 (non-stabled horses)
Camping(RV HOOK UP): $35.00/night - includes pull through RV dumping

3 Day Entries: N3D/T3D: $
475.00, includes stabling Thurs noon through Sun eve and 1 bag shavings.  Tack stall $125.00.  Qualifications: T3D-horses and riders must have competed in 4 Trainingn level horse trials, see Appendix 3, USEF Rules for Eventing for complete information on qualifications. N3D-Rider only must have completed 4 Novice horse trials or higher. Use the entry form titled "2013 USEA Horse Trials, T3D" from USEA website or entry will not be accepted.
NOTE:  Pinny holders required.  For sale at show office, $20.  All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. All  P entries, owners, agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay $30 non-member fee. Starter competitors are exempt from USEA Membership/non-member fees and USEA starter/d&m fees do not apply.  Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $30 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry-Less $30 only if place can be filled from wait list. Stabling-No refund. No refunds after 6 pm Tuesday of show week. NO Telephone withdrawals accepted. Competition cancellation-No refund.  Any changes after C.D.add $35 sec'y fee. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. (must be legible!) All entries must have three signatures.  COMPLETE, ON TIME ENTRIES will be rewarded!!!  PLEASE get your entries in early!!

Dressage ribbons and division ribbons 1st-6th in divisions over 10 starters.  Under 10 starters, ribbons 1st-4th.

Limited. $135/stall from noon Thursday to Sunday evening. $65 grounds fee if not stabling. 200 permanent stalls on grounds. Stall doors and 1 bag of shavings provided. NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED.  Bedding available for purchase, email orders in advance to [email protected].  $10/bag.  Veterinarian and Farrier phone #'s will be posted at scoreboard.
Check facility map on website for which entrance you need to use based on stall assignment, to access your stalls.  There are 3 gates, so be sure you pull into the correct one!
List of sponsor hotels on website, mention MCP for special rates. RV Hookups: $35/night (water & electric). NEW: Pull through RV dump now open - dump fee included in RV fee.  Other camping, no charge.  Use of RV dump for generator camping, $15.00, pay at office.
Note: All RV Hook ups will be assigned as close to stall assignment as possible. We can not ensure that RV spaces will be in the same section as stalls. We will do our absolute best to accommodate, and appreciate your understanding.  If you need 50amp service, note it on your entry.  All 50amp plugs are at the south barn. 
Test & arena sizes: N3D -2012 USEA Novice Three-day Event Test, std arena on grass. T3D -2010 USEF Training Three-day Test, std arena on grass. I/P - 2010 Test B, std arena on grass. P-2010 Preliminary Test C, std arena on grass. T-2010 USEF Training Test B, small arena on grass. N-2010 Novice Test B, small arena on grass. BN-2010 Beginner Novice Test B, small arena on grass. Starter TEST - 2010 Beginner Novice Test A, small arena on grass. All arenas have been tilled, leveled and re-seeded and have aerovated footing.
N3D / T3D:  Phase A - All levels:
2,500m @ 220 mpm.  Phase B - T3D: 1,500 m @ 520 mpm.  N3D: 1,300 m @ 470 mpm.  Phase CAll levels: 4,000 m @ 180 mpm.  Phase D - T3D: 3,000 m @ 450 mpm.  N3D: 2,500 m @ 400 mpm.  Courses of championship callibur with longer distances and increased speeds. 
Horse Trials:
I/P and P-2700 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1850 m @ 350 mpm. Starter-1800m or less @ 325 mpm, 10-12 jumping efforts, max fence height 2'3".  All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. 
All courses:  Moderate terrain changes.  Some new fences and new questions for all divisions.  Sandy loam, aerovated footing. 
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed November 1.
Entry limit 200.  N3D/T3D post entries accepted until November 5.
Pinny holders required - for sale on grounds $20 each.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state restricted division preferences and birth date if junior on entry.
Food on grounds all weekend. Multiple concession vendors. 
This is a SOCIAL EVENT.  Saturday Fall Social Event/Competitors Party  -  BE THERE AND BE SOCIAL!!!
Dogs (and small children) must be leashed at all times :-)  Loose pet/kid fines to benefit Waller County Animal Control Program.

NO ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/GOLF CARTS, please.  We are very crowded on grounds during shows, so please keep it to foot traffic!
Special clinics and sessions by professionals in the sport as part of the N3D/T3D competition.  Auditing of these sessions is FREE to horse trial competitors and their guests.  Take advantage of this opportunity to listen to experts in the traditional long format of eventing.  This is an educational opportunity - don't miss it!
