Washington, DC Beltway (495) to I?270 N. Take ICC  Rt 200 East(toll road) to Georgia Ave/Route 97 north toward Olney; Continue approx 6 miles north of Olney to the traffic light at Route 650; turn left onto Route 650/Damascus Rd; continue 1.5 mile to entrance on right.

 Dressage (I/N/BN)-7:30 am Show Jumping (I/N/BN)-8:30 am; Cross-country (I/N/BN)-9:30am. YEH/FEH Saturday afternoon.
Sun: Dressage (T/P)-7:30 am; Show Jumping (T/P)-8:30 am; Cross-country (T/P)-9:30 am. 
***Note: all riders will have published X-C times being APPROX.30 minutes after your published S-J ride; further details on website when times are posted.
Hybrid divisions (P/T, T/N, I/P) only if entries warrant; a minimum of 8 needed; if not enough to schedule, those entered will be automatically placed in the lower level division.   Weekend schedule: These hybrid divisions will run when the JUMPING phase is scheduled for the regular divisions--IE T/N will run on Sunday when the regular T divisions do their Jumping Phase.

Entries:

ENTRIES:

  • Paper number pineys will be in effect for cross country.  Riders must bring piney holder with them; limited quantities available for purchase from the show office.
  • All entries include a non refundable office fee stated below. 
  • Riders are responsible for including a printed, legible and current email address on entry-all correspondence from secretary will be via email.
  • If doing an electronic entry through EventEntries.com you must still submit your signature page and copy of coggins within 5 days of entering (if not received within 5 days, postmark will be applied to date on which entry is complete)..

BEFORE THE CD: 

  • NO charge-with any entry, change of horse and/or rider and/or division; ANY change to entry must be in writing--email: [email protected] or fax 301 570 0287
  • Refunds, less $28 non refundable fee/P and I; less $20 for BN, N and T.
  • Any electronic or faxed entry made prior to CD must be completed by the CD of July 30 or will be considered LATE with the $50 late fee applying and will not be scheduled until all paperwork and fees collected.

AFTER THE CD of JULY 30

  No refunds.

  • Any incomplete entry as of July 31 will be charged a $50 late fee.  
  • Absolutely NO telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted.   
  • All monies received between August 5 and August 16 must be paid in form of credit card or cash/cashiers check (no exceptions).  
  • Any outstanding paperwork collected on the DAY OF WILL BE ASSESSED $10 PER PAGE.  SO PLEASE!! GET ALL OF YOUR ENTRY PAPERWORK TO US WELL IN ADVANCE TO MAKE IT EASIER ON ALL OF US--THANKS!!
  • ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE PRINTED VALID EMAIL ADDRESS: ALL COMMUNICATIONS AFTER CLOSING DATE VIA EMAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON ENTRY

Competition cancellation…no refund.

SCRATCHES/CHANGES: 

  • With any entry, change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division allowed.  ANY change to entry must be in writing--email: [email protected] or fax 301 570 0287.
  • Changes to entry before the closing date of July 30, no charge.
  • Changes to entry between July 31 and Sunday, August 11: $35. 
  • Changes to entry between the Monday, August 12, before the competition and the event conclusion:  $50.

POST ENTRIES:

  • If space allows after the Closing Date of July 30,  and post entries are accepted, they will be charged the late fee of $50; all other refund/scratch/change fees still apply.  ANY entry postmarked after the CD will be considered LATE with the $50 late fee applying.

    FEH Entry Form and additional information can be found on www.useventing. com and in the Omnibus: Will be scheduled SATURDAY mid afternoon.  Late fee applies.

        YEH Entry Form and additional information can be found on www.useventing. com and in the Omnibus: Conformation will be scheduled SATURDAY around noon, followed by Dressage then Jumping mid to late afternoon.  Late fee applies. 

Horse Trials: Area II Adult Riders, please indicate on the entry form. Separate ribbons will be awarded.  BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry.

Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Cash Certificate for 1-3rd place. MANY ADDITIONAL SPONSORED PRIZES.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
APPROX 25 STALLS AVAILABLE on grounds AND 40 within ten miles of event;  No initial bedding provided. $50 muck fee required for all stabled, send separate check with entry. Solid DOORS ON ALL STALLS; Specific ASSIGNMENTS AND directions will be POSTED on website on AUGUST 15.
