Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $20 fee for entries accepted after closing date. $20 fee for changes made after CD. $20 fee assessed to all incomplete entries not rectified before CD. Please make sure entry forms are correct and the signature page is signed with three signatures. BN competitors must be USEA members. Preliminary-please enclose copy of USEF membership card. Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Awards sponsored by Bit of Britain. Essie Perkins Memorial Trophy: Low Score OT Lady Rider. Read Perkins Memorial Trophy: Low Score Preliminary Rider. Jean Hamlin Memorial Trophy: Low Score JYOP Rider.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $40/stall/night. Stabling will be assigned based on date of entry.  Perm. stalls 0-20 miles of event. Bring your own bedding. Stall doors provided. All stabling requests must be made before C.D. Veterinarian: Dr.Elizabeth McEvoy .

Test & arena sizes: OP/JYOP-2010 USEF Preliminary Test A -Sm. OT-2010 USEF Training Test A-Sm. ON-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arena: Sand & Perma Flex rubber.

Cross-Country:

JYOP/OP-2400 m @ 520 mpm. OT-2200 m @ 450 mpm. ON-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. Terrain: Varied: rolling, some hills, ditches,water, good galloping area. All courses: Moderately difficult.

Other Information:

Cross-country course closed May 31. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date. Food on grounds. No dogs, please - any dog brought to competition must be secured in parking field at all times. Bicycles, scooters etc. are advised as the farm is spread out!  Not allowed on x-ctry course. We are a carry in/carry out facility. Please take your trash with you.
