Selena O'Hanlon of Kingston, Ontario and John and Judy Rumble's Foxwood High win the day, finishing the Derek di Grazia designed CIC3* course on a final penalty score of 30.4. The pair added just 2.4 time penalties to their dressage score, putting them ahead of second-placed Lynn Symansky (USA) on Under Suspection, who finished up with a score of 32.0.

A cool morning saw some changes in the leaderboard at the Bromont CIC Three-Day Event. CIC3* jumping saw a good mix of results on this large show jumping course designed by Marc Donovan.The leader going in to the class, Marilyn Little (USA) on RF Scandalous added one rail and two time penalties putting the combination just behind the faultless round of Boyd Martin (USA) and Long Island T.

Some of the best horse and rider combinations from across North America made their was down the center line today at the Bromont CIC Three-Day Event and leaders for all six divisions going in to show jumping had excellent dressage tests, but one combination stood out from the rest.

One rail during the Bromont CCI3* show jumping made all the difference. Top riders know all too well how things can change, and Lynn Symansky's rail down with Under Suspection gave the win to Jenny Caras. Caras shared today that while Fernhill Fortitude, is her “best buddy” who she “could not be happier with” this was his first ever win. This is to say that the the 14-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding (Courage II x Misty Matilda) owned by the Fernhill Fortitude Syndicate had not won in almost 70 competitions.

The Bromont International CCI3* leaderboard was shuffled following cross-county as Lynn Symansky moved into the lead on Under Suspection by adding just 2.4 and finished the day with a score of 34.60. Riding Mary Ann Ghadban's 14-year-old Holsteiner mare (Contender x Naomagic 1), Symansky had the second fastest round of the day with no one making the time.

Day two of dressage at the 2018 MARS Incorporated Bromont CCI Three-Day Event saw Switzerland’s Felix Vogg moved in to the lead with a score of 30.20 riding the German-bred gelding, Colero. This is the first CCI3* for Colero, a 10-year-old (Captain Fire x Bonita) owned by Jurgen Vogg. Vogg rides with both U.S. team riders Boyd Martin and Phillip Dutton when he is not in Europe at his family owned farm in Radolfzell, Germany.

Charlottesville, Virginia resident, William Coleman III rode to the top of the leaderboard in the MARS Incorporated Bromont CCI2* this afternoon on the 8-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding TKS Cooley, owned by the TKS Syndicate, to a penalty score of 31.70. “He’s got miles to go,” said Coleman and “I am really excited because I think it’s a great horse.”It should be noted that Coleman is just back from a very successful fifth place at the Tattersalls CCI3* in Ratoath, Co. Meath, Ireland riding OBOS O’Reilly.

The 2018 MARS Incorporated Bromont CCI Three Day Event, The Todd Sandler Challenge kicked off today with the first horse inspection at the Bromont Olympic Equestrian Park in the picturesque rolling hills of Bromont, Quebec.  CCI riders representing six countries presented 95 horses to the Ground Jury and FEI Veterinary Delegate this afternoon for inspection. Just three horses were held and all horses passed on reinspection.

The final day of competition at the 2017 PEDIGREE® Bromont CCI Three-Day Event, The Todd Sandler Challenge began with the inspection of 78 horses with just one, Fuzion ridden by Matt Kidney in the CCI* not being accepted but being withdrawn in the hold.Show jumping, which is the final test for horse and rider in the competition, went over courses designed by Marc Donovan of Whispering Pines, N.C.

Jordan Linstedt (USA) retains her lead after adding just 1.60 time penalties to finish her fabulous cross-country ride on a score of just 44.80 riding her and Barbara Linstedt's 14-year-old Hanoverian gelding Revitavet Capato (Contendro x Annabelle). Second place following cross-country was claimed by Frankie Thieriot Stutes of Occidental, Calif.
