The United States Eventing Association (USEA) is excited to announce that Ian Stark will now be the international judge for this year’s Young Event Horse (YEH) Championships as Judy Bradwell is unfortunately no longer able to attend as the international judge.

This year’s 2015 YEH East Coast Championship is scheduled for October 15-16 at Fair Hill International in Elkton, Maryland and the YEH West Coast Championships will be at Galway Downs on October 28-29.

Ian Stark is an adorned 4* British eventer. He holds four Olympic silver medals, as well as a team gold, team silver and an individual bronze medal from the World Championships. Stark has piloted 18 horses around the 4* level, and now designs cross country courses for events like the Chatsworth CCI***, Bramhan CCI***/CIC***, and at several notable events in the U.S. including Richland Park, Rebecca Farm and Galway Downs. Stark will also be designing the YEH Championship course at Galway Downs this year.

As stated in the previous press release regarding the YEH Championship, Bea di Grazia and Cathy Tucker-Slaterbeck will both be returning judges from the 2014 YEH Championships, with Ian Stark being this year’s international addition.
