Forty-six horse-and-rider combinations representing five countries were presented to and accepted by the ground jury of Christian Landolt (SUI) and Jo Young (CAN) and FEI Veterinary Delegate Karen Nyrop (USA) this afternoon in the first horse inspection for the CICO3* at the 2018 Brook Ledge Great Meadow International presented by Adequan.

Of the five nations represented this weekend, three are fielding teams in the FEI Eventing Nations Cup: Great Britain, Canada, and the United States. Australia and Switzerland are also being represented this weekend by individual competitors. Crimson, ridden by Shelby Brost for Canada, and Tight Lines, ridden by Will Coleman for the U.S., were both sent to the hold box but passed upon reinspection.

Dressage will kick off bright and early tomorrow morning at 7:30 a.m. with Waylon Roberts and Kelecyn Cognac first down the centerline. In the meantime, take a look at the USEA’s Fast Facts and check out the gallery from today’s horse inspection.
