Eventers are known for helping each other out and when Erin Sylvester decided to head west to compete in The Event at Rebecca Farm, she texted Tamra Smith and asked if she would be willing to give her some support throughout the week. Smith readily agreed and both the student and the teacher were rewarded with leading three-star victory gallops today.

Leaderboard Shake Up: CICOY2* Scramble Team Takes Home Gold


It was the scramble team of Area I/IV that took home the gold medal in the CICOY2* at the Adequan/FEI North American Junior & Young Rider Championships (NAJYRC) at Rebecca Farm in Kalispell, Mont. Finishing on a cumulative score of 198, the Area I/IV Team reached a whopping 17.8 lead over silver medal team, Area VII, who finished on a 215.8.

West Coast, Best Coast – Area VI Wins CH-J* Gold!


Chris Barnard’s show jumping course shook up the CH-J* leaderboard today at the Adequan/FEI North American Junior & Young Rider Championships (NAJYRC) at Rebecca Farm in Kalispell, Mont. In the end, Area VI came out on top as the 2017 NAJYRC CH-J* Champions after laying down a couple double clear rounds, cumulating a final team score of 161.6.

Forty-Seven NAJYRC Pairs Advance After Final Veterinary Inspection


There was a moment of tension in the final veterinary inspection of the Adequan/FEI North American Junior & Young Rider Championships when overnight second-placed CH-J* horse, Indie, was sent to the hold box, but upon reinspection he was accepted and will move forward to show jumping with Sloane Pierpont representing Area II.
