Twenty-eight horses and riders contested the final USEA Classic Series Training Three-Day of the season at the Galway Downs International Event in Temecula, California, November 2-5. Jordán Linstedt and Janine Jaro’s 8-year-old Hanoverian gelding, Staccato (Stakkato x Certosa), led the field wire-to-wire on their dressage score of 27.1 to claim the final USEA Classic Series title of the year.

Derbyshire Farms is a boarding and training facility in Stevensville, Michigan (Area VIII) that hosts one USEA recognized event in June, offering Beginner Novice through Preliminary/Training level. They also host an unrecognized event for The Eventing Association of Michigan (TEAM) in September of each year as well as dressage shows, 4-H events, and cross-country schooling.

Each year, every one of the 10 USEA Area programs hosts their own Championships where the best riders have the opportunity to be crowned the Area Champion at their level. Each Area maintains slightly different qualification requirements for their respective Championships and offers Championship classes through either Preliminary or Intermediate level.
