GMHA is on Rte 106 - 6 miles south of Woodstock at 5491 South Road, South Woodstock, VT.
*** Route 106 will be closed north of GMHA during this event; see our website for alternate routes.
From West NY Thruway: To I-87 Northway to exit 20. Take Rte 149 to Fort Ann, then Rt. 4 East to Rutland then Woodstock. Take right on Rt. 106 (before Woodstock Inn) south 6 miles to GMHA.
From South: I-91 to Ascutney, exit 8 Rt. 131 west 7 miles to Rte 106 north, 12 miles to GMHA. From East: SEE WEBSITE! SPEED limit 25 mph strictly enforced in Woodstock!

You may enter through EventEntries.com or mail paper entry and stable form postmarked on opening date, use USEA 2017 Horse Trials Entry Form, stabling form, Coggins test and Rabies certificate, draw checks to GMHA, one check per horse/rider combination, negative coggins dated after 6/3/2016. • Entry fee includes $25 nonrefundable office fee. • Entries without payment will not be accepted. • Entries may not be postmarked prior to the opening date.• Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant and based on the discretion of show management; state division preferences under the Eligible Section. • Entry confirmation status will be posted on www.gmhainc.org and www.area1usea.org • Membership: See rules - USEA membership and horse registration required at Beginner Novice Level and above. Preliminary Competitors (all riders, owners, trainers, coach) must submit copies of USEF membership card OR pay USEF show pass fees. • Bring your pinney for slide in X-C numbers. • All changes must be made in writing, – prefer email, but mail or fax acceptable • There will be a $35 change fee for ANY change to an entry after the closing date; ex. change of horse, rider or division (if space allows). • There is a $35 fee for any bounced checks. • Refunds: Scratches received in writing on or before the closing date will be refunded minus a $25 office fee. No refunds of entry fees after the closing date. In the event the competition has to cancel, there will be no refunds. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

165 permanent box stalls and 42 portable stalls, all with solid doors. Hay and bagged shavings available for purchase, $10 per bale/bag. • No tack stalls available. • No refunds on stabling after the closing date, unless show management is able to fill your stall. • Stalls are to be stripped upon departure. No stall cleaning deposit is required; however, the competitor will be billed $50 for a stall left dirty. • No non-competing horses on grounds.

P-2200 m @ 520 mpm. T-2000 m @ 450 mpm. N-1600 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1400 m @ 350 mpm. All courses true to the level while offering positive educational questions. Terrain: Hilly; much water, and woods. Cross-country course closed prior to event.
Cross-country course closed prior to event. No wheeled or motorized vehicles on Cross-Country Course• Concession on-grounds during show hours. • Strict Dog Policy – Pet must be leashed at all times. $50.00 fee for each off-leash occurrence. No dogs allowed on cross-country course on cross-country day. • Horses must wear bridle number when out of stall. • Cell Phone coverage is unreliable in Vermont and non-existent at GMHA.
