From South: Rt. 390 to Exit 7/Geneseo. Right off Exit. Follow signs to Geneseo. Left on Main St. (Rt. 39). Second left after High School to Roots Tavern Rd. Grounds 1/2 mile on left. Roots Tavern Rd. is approx. 4 miles from Geneseo.

Sat: Stabling open at Noon; Cross-country course open at 3 pm.
Sun: Dressage begins at 8 am. Show Jumping at 9:30 am. Cross-country 10:00 AM. All divisions will complete show jumping prior to cross-country. Please ride in cross-country gear for Show Jumping.

Entries will be limited to first 125 competitors. All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Entry confirmation will be posted on www.gvrdc.org starting one week after Opening Date. Intro competitors use entry form on gvrdc.org; all others use USEA 2017 Horse Trials, Classic entry form found at useventing.com. Attention BN Competitors: As of December 1, 2016 USEA membership is required for all entries competing at Beginner Novice. Refunds: Before CD: less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD: no refund unless entry can be filled from wait list; Stabling Refund: only if stall can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation: partial credit refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test
Neg. Coggins required for all out of state horses within 12 months of competition date; Neg. Coggins for New York State horses dated on or after January 1, 2016. Coggins must accompany entry.
Entry Status: Please check website (www.gvrdc.org) for entry status. In fairness to all, incomplete entries will not be entered into draw until complete. Entry date will be recorded when entry is complete. Post Entires: If event is not filled we will accept post entries with a $25 surcharge if received by June 1st.

Enclose separate $40 refundable check payable to GVRDC for clean stall deposit (check will be destroyed when stall is stripped). 48 permanent stalls with stall doors on grounds. Shavings only. TN-2000 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 325 mpm. Intro-1200 m (untimed). Terrain: Water, ditches & banks. All courses: inviting and appropriate for first time out. Intro will include logs and miniature versions of traditional cross-country fences not to exceed 2'2", with no water or ditches. Cross-country course closed until after event.
Cross-country course closed until after event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and list birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs leashed. Owners of loose dogs will be fined $25.
