To WEP: I 90 exit #452. North approx. 2 miles on Hwy 87 to Metra/Main St. intersection (will pass Metra stabling on the right). Right on Main St. Continue north approx. 2 miles to Airport Rd intersection, left on Airport Rd., then bear right on Alkali Creek Rd. and continue west on Alkali Creek Rd for approx. 8 mi. Last few miles will be on gravel road. Warfield Park is on the right.

Entry fees include $25 nonrefundable office fee. Entries not paid before Closing Date may be accepted but will be assessed a $50 late fee. No pinney deposit, but $50 charge for lost pinney. USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee and must be paid as provided on entry form. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels, except Intro. Intro (Elem) competitors: USEA membership and non-member fees are not required and starter fees do not apply. Any changes after CD: $25 office fee. Refunds: Consistent with other Area VII events, refunds in full before closing date, but after closing date refund will be allowed only if the rider's place can be filled from the waiting list (which will be established in order of paid entries received, followed by other entries received). Once ride times are published, refunds may be allowed only if entry can be filled for same division. Competition cancellation - No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) will be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
All out of state horses must have negative Coggins and health certificate within 12 months in rider's possession. Per USEF rule, proof of flu vaccination within 6 months must be available if requested. Inability to furnish proof of vaccination, health certificate or coggins (if needed) may result in disqualification without refund of entry fee.
HT - Nice prizes through 3rd place, Ribbons through 8th place.
Stabling: 34 covered permanent stalls on site - assigned in order of paid entry. Additional 24 open panel stalls with shade covering [improved from 2016!]. No hot wires or panels. Barn open Thursday; arrivals before Thursday by permission only. Send $50 separate check for stall strip deposit if requesting covered permanent stall. First bedding (shavings) provided; additional bedding available for purchase at show office. Veterinarian: TBD.

P: 3000-3250m @ 520 mpm. T: 2250-2750m @ 450 mpm. N: 1750-2250m @ 400 mpm. BN: 1600-2000m @ 350 mpm. Intro(Elem) speed 300 mpm. We have built many new jumps the last two years, including additions for this year. 2017 will feature a new track. Intro and BN courses are fun and friendly. Other levels average. Terrain is open and rolling. XC course closed June 16.
Fun and Food! The fabulous food truck "Cajun Phatty's" will be returning by popular demand, and will also cater the party (FREE for all sponsors, volunteers, competitors and guests!) on Saturday night under the tent. At the party we also will continue our tradition of showcasing local musicians and local microbrew beer. We love dogs, but our Park rules require them to be on leashes. Loose dogs will result in $100 donation to Warfield Park.
Stay after the HT and school cross country for $45 donation/membership to Warfield Park at show office. XC course closed June 16. Levels may be divided as entries warrant. Photographer TBD.
