From North: US 101 south to San Miguel. Exit on 10th Street. Left to Mission St. Left on Mission St to River Road. Right on River Rd. Cross bridge & continue south approx. 1 mi. to 8715 North River Road. It is on the right, directly across from Five Rivers Winery.
From South: US 101. Exit on Mission Street. Continue straight thru town of San Miguel. Right on River Road. Then follow as above. Alternate Route in case of flood conditions: US 101 to Hwy. 46 east. Left on Airport Rd. Left on Wellsona. Right on River Rd.

Sat: Cross-country (CCI/CIC/A/I/P/T)-8am. Show Jumping (N/BN)-9am.
Sun: CCI Final Formal Horse Inpection-8am; Show Jumping (T/P/CCI)-8:30 am. Cross-country (N/BN)-8am.

Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system

Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.

Refunds: Before C.D. Less $25 office fee. CD to Apr. 4 less $35 office fee; After Apr. 4 no refund, unless either entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, if either are filled, a refund for either less $35 office fee will be given for either that was filled. Competition cancellation-No refund.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or, if applicable, has not presented at the first horse inspection.
Entries:
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries MUST include payment to be accepted.  No Canadian Checks Accepted. All checks MUST come from U.S. Bank Account. Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of $35. $50=lost pinny, no deposit required. $25 change fee, for any changes made after closing date. $15 for incomplete entries. $25 for Double Entries.  Refunds: Before C.D. Copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months for out-of-state horses; not required for in-state horses. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner.
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
FEI COMPETITORS ONLY:
FEI Passports required for all foreign FEI owned horses and U.S. CIC3* owned horses. All U.S. CCI2*/CC11* owned horses must have a USEF national passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All FEI horses must have a FEI registration number. All Riders must have a FEI registration number. A copy of rider's medical armband MUST accompany their FEI entry form.

Awards:

CIC3*-$1,000, prizes to winner; CCI2*-$2,500, prizes to winner; CCI1*-$2,500, prizes to winner; Prizes to winner & 10 ribbons per division. HT: Prizes 1st thru 3rd and 7 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. 300 temp stalls on grounds. $145 from noon Tues. thru noon Mon. Stall doors and initial bedding only provided, additional $11/bag. Haul In for non stabled horses $60 for weekend. Long term stabling available before or after events for discounted rate, contact [email protected] Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase, further info from sec'y. Well water limited, please bathe horses at home.

Cross-Country:
CIC3*- 3600m @ 570 mpm. CCI2*-4500m @ 550mpm. CCI1*-3800m @ 520mpm. A-3400 m @ 570 mpm. I-3200m @ 550 mpm.  P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. OT-2400 m @ 450 mpm. Other T-2400m @ 420mpm. ON-2100m @ 400 mpm. Other N-2100m @ 375 mpm.  OBN-1900 m @ 350 mpm/max. Other BN- 1900m @ 325 mpm. height 2'7", 15 efforts. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level. Level to gently rolling terrain with excellent sandy loam footing. YEH Course is good for first YEH competition.

Riders limited to 3 horses/level. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Dogs must be on a held leashed. $100 Loose Dog Donation for any dogs not on a held leash. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes. Team competition: team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level; $5/ team member. Competitor's/Volunteer's/Official's Party Saturday night.
Food available on grounds.
Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Monday after the competition for $60.

Extra Party tickets $20.
