Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund; After C.D. until March 21-Less $25 office fee. After March 21 no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, if either are filled, a refund less $25 will be given. Competition cancellation-No refund.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or, if applicable, not presented at the first horse inspection.

Negative Coggins required for out-of-state horses within 12 months. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner and trainer. ALL CIC COMPETITORS: FEI Passports required for all foreign owned horses and U.S. CIC3* horses. All CIC2*& 1* U.S. owned horses must have a USEF national passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All CIC Riders & Horses must have a FEI registration number. A copy of rider's medical armband MUST accompany their entry form.
All open checks that are left open after the show will incur a $5 close out fee.  
Competitor Information
Awards:

CIC-3*=$6,000; CIC2*= $4200; CIC1*=$3000. Trophy & 10 ribbons per CIC divisions and 7 ribbons per HT division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

$150/stall from noon Monday to noon Monday. 300 perm. stalls on grounds. Temporary may be used. Non-stabled horses grounds fee=$100. Extra shavings available for purchase @ $10/bag. Stall doors provided, but stall guards recommended. Further info. contact the sec'y. Veterinarian: San Dieguito Equine (760) 591-9952. # will be posted at office.

Cross-Country:
CIC3*-3800 m @ 570 mpm/36 efforts. CIC2*-3400 m @ 550 mpm/32 efforts. CIC1*-3100 m @520 mpm/30 efforts. I-3200 m @ 550 mpm/30 efforts. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm/28 efforts. T-2300 m @ 450 mpm/22 efforts. N-1800 m @ 375 mpm/18 efforts. All CIC courses: designed as a prep for all levels of spring three-day events. A/OI cross-country similar to CIC3*, and CIC2* respectively. P/T/N average for horses with some experience at these levels. Cross-country course closed March 14.

P-N levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Team Competition: teams of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level.

Competitors' welcome reception, Thursday night 6 PM-, one ticket included with entry. Additional tickets $25.
