3-Day Qualifications: Training, Novice and Beginner Novice horse and rider must be registered members of the USEA.
T3D: Horses and riders must have competed in 4 Training Horse Trials - see Appendix 3 of the USEF Rules for Eventing for entire permitted qualifications: one training horse trials must be as a combination). N3D: Rider only must have completed 4 Novice Horse Trials or higher. BN3D: Rider only must have completed 4 Beginner Novice Horse Trials or higher.
Fees: All entries that are received on opening day eletroncally with full paid fees through Event Entries will receive a 75.00 discount on the entry fee. All Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant and based on the discretion of show management; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. NOTE: USEA fees are not included as part of the entry fee. The association fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry. USEA membership and USEA horse registration are required for all levels. Use the entry form titled, "2015 USEA Horse Trials, T3D & P3D" or entry will not be accepted. All entries must include a copy of a current negative coggins test. Entries may not be postmarked prior to the opening date. Entry confirmation will be emailed. Double entries: Not accepted. Membership: All changes must be made in writing; mail, fax or email is acceptable. There will be a $50 change fee for ANY change to an entry after the closing date. There is a $50 returned check fee. Refunds: Withdrawals received in writing on or before the closing date will be refunded minus the $25 office fee. After closing date entries will only be refunded if space can be filled. In the event the competition has to cancel, there will be no refunds. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to officie fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Payment is due when entry submitted. If payment is not submitted with entry, payment must be received within 7 days or the "postmark date" may be changed to reflect the date the payment is postmarked.

$50 stall stripping deposit drawn on separate check is required with entry. Stall deposits cannot be paid online. Check or cash only.

Ribbons through 8th place in each division.
Stabling: $150/stall Wednesday through Sunday. Additional nights-$25/stall. Three Horses have priority on Permenant Stabling (12 x 12), all Temporary stalls (10’ x 10’) available if entries warrant. If temporary stabling is utilized, barn assignments will be prioritized (to Three Day entries in permanent stabling and others in Temporary Stalls,) and based on postmark date of entry (not “stable with” requests). Stall doors/initial bedding (shavings) provided. Tack stalls $150 - available only after all horses have been assigned a stall. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $50 for entire event. Hay/Shavings available for purchase on grounds for 7.00 a bag. $50 stall cleaning deposit required & must be included with entry ON A SEPARATE CHECK. Stalls to be stripped prior to leaving (check will be destroyed if stall is stripped).

N: 2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Oiled, wax sand; warm-up grass. Grass studs are highly recommended. Phase A: All levels 3,520m @ 220 mpm. Phase B: T3D: 1,560m @ 520 mpm, N3D: 1,350m @ 470 mpm, BN3D (no jumps): 1,200m @ 400 mpm. Phase C: All Levels 4,000m @ 160 mpm. Phase D: T3D: 3,290m @ 450 mpm, N3D: 2,200m @ 400 mpm, BN3D: 2,000m @ 350 mpm. Rolling terrain, some through woods. 3D: Championship level, not a move-up course. HT: T: 2600m @ 450 mpm. N: 2200m @ 400 mpm.
BN: 2000m @ 350 mpm. HT courses moderate difficulty for horses with experience at these levels.
Course is closed except for scheduled schooling days. Check website for dates.
Entry Limit: 80 total for the Three-day Levels; limited to 150 for the horse trials.
