Directions:

Address: 14401B Partnership Rd, Poolesville, MD 20837. 
From 270 North or south: Exit 15, Rt. 118 South, to Germantown. Go 6 mi. to Rt. 28. Turn left. Go 0.7 mi to Rt. 112, Seneca Road (gas station on corner). Turn right. Go 4.2 mi. Turn right onto Partnership Rd. (SVPC Horse Trials sign on corner) Go 0.7 mi. to Bittersweet Field on right.
From Beltway 495: Take River Rd exit #39, toward Potomac. Go 11.3 mi to stop sign. Turn left at stop sign (still River Rd) & continue 1.4 mi. Turn right onto Partnership Rd (SVPC H.T. sign on corner). Go 0.7 mi. to Bittersweet Field on right.
Alternate VA Route: From US Rt. 15 outside Leesburg, VA, turn on White's Ferry Rd. and take White´s Ferry to MD side. Go through Poolesville. Take right fork outside Poolesville onto Partnership Rd. Bittersweet Field on left. No large rigs allowed on Ferry.

Entry: I: $195.00; P: $185.00; T: $175.00; N: $165.00; BN: $155.00 Late Fees:  after closing and before 6/2:  $25.00; after 6/2:  $50.00.  All fees must be received by Secretary before ride times will be assigned!
Stabling: $50.00 per night (separate check).  Muck Deposit: $40.00 (separate check, check destroyed if stall left stripped)

Entries:
Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. Please SOS (Save our Secretary) and enter via X-Entry if at all possible!  Incomplete Entries - will be put on the wait list until complete.  Double entries: Not accepted. Electronic entries (Xentry) are not considered final until receipt of payment, signature page and coggins.  Entries will be voided if information not received within 5 business days of entering on Xentry.
Please include current e-mail address on entry. Copy of current Negative Coggins must accompany entry: Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. If participating in the Jockey Club TIP program, please include copy of TIP card/TIP registration number.
Returned check charge $30. 
Changes: Any changes after closing date - $25 charge per change. After June 9, 2013, any changes - $50.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D.-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Wait list expires 6/12/2013 at 9 p.m.  Stabling-Full refund if sec´y notified by June 12. No refund after that date. Competition cancellation-refunds/rebates will be provided - amount will be determined after payment of expenses. All withdrawals must be emailed ([email protected]) or faxed (301-721-1886) - NO FAXES ACCEPTED AFTER 6/11/13. No phone or answering machine scratches accepted. Check weekly status of entries updates online at www.senecavalleyponyclub.org  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
SVPC has changed to paper pinneys. Limited numbers of pinney holders will be available for purchase at the Secretary's stand.

Awards:

Award & 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited permanent stabling available off grounds. Initial bedding and stall doors provided; stalls minimum 12'x12'. $50/night, separate check with entry made payable to SVPC and separate check for muck deposit ($40). For further info call Nellie Hanagan at (301) 367-3703.

Test & arena sizes: All I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Grass.
Notice:  venue has been reconfigured - all dressage rings now located away from XC course!

Cross-Country:

All I-3100 m @ 550mpm. P-2900 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2200 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800 @ 350 mpm.  Note: All distances and speeds are approximate. Water at all levels, ditches and banks at N - I.  All courses:  Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.  Established rolling turf and woodland.  See website for photos of recent courses.

Other Information:
Capital Region Pony Clubs Eventing Rally is run in conjunction with the Horse Trials and participants will have a dedicated parking area and HM area.  U.S. Pony Club members are exempt from the USEA Membership requirement at the Novice level and from paying the Beginner Novice non-member fee when competing in team competitions or Pony Club rallies held in conjunction with USEA recognized horse trials.  Horse registration is also exempt at the Novice level.
Cross-country competition course closed after June 1, 2014.
Competition course open for public schooling only on scheduled schooling days.
Riders may be limited on number of horses for entire event.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed.
No non-competing horses on grounds; no hacking out on grounds prior to competition date.  Practice/hacking space available at stabling.
No motorbikes on x-c while horses are on course.
Please follow instructions from parking attendants for trailer parking.
Official schooling days June 18, 21 and 28, from 10 am to 5 pm =$50. No advance registration necessary. Ground person and copy of current Negative Coggins required. Minors must have parent/guardian signatures. For further information, call Tricia Tripp (301) 332-4484.
