From North of Ocala: Rte 40 east for approx 35 miles to Hwy 19 south. Take Hwy 19 south for 15 miles farm is on the left. From North of Jacksonville: I-95 south to I-295 south to Exit 3 (Orange Park) to right on Hwy 17 to Palatka. Right on Hwy 19 south, when you cross Hwy 40 (staying on Hwy 19) farm is 15 mi. on left.
From Orlando Airport: Beeline Expressway (Hwy 528) west (towards Orlando) to Florida Turnpike north (towards Ocala) to Hwy 429 north (towards Apopka) to Hwy 441 north (towards Mt. Dora) to Hwy 19 north in Eustis. Farm on right, 18 miles.

TRAINING & NOVICE 3-DAY EVENT-SPECIFIC DETAILS TO FOLLOW UPON ENTRY ACCEPTANCE: Educational seminars and demonstrations will occur throughout the event.
Wed/Thurs: T3D/N3D check-in; arrival. No arrivals before 2 pm Wed.
Thurs: T3D/N3D welcome briefing, Roads & Tracks & Cross-country walk;
Cross-country course open-3 pm
Fri: In-barns, First Horse Inspection, Dressage, Steeplechase seminar
Sat: Roads & Tracks & Cross-country
Sun: Second Horse inspection, Show Jumping, mounted awards.

Horse Trials:
Sat: Dressage-8 am, Cross-country-10 am.
Sun: Show Jumping-8 am.

$195.00; T/N/BN: $175.00
Stabling: $30/night.
T3D/N3D: $350.00, includes stabling for duration of competition, Wednesday thru Sunday. All T3D/N3D horses must be stabled on site.
Camping: $50/weekend
Ship-in: $30.00/weekend
Stall Deposit: $25/stall
Entries:
All entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry.
T3D Qualifications: Both horse and rider, must complete a minimum of 4 training level horse trials, meeting the NQR's and one horse trials must be as a combination, within the current or preceding calendar year. Participants should expect a championship level course which includes water, banks, ditches and suitable combinations.  
N3D Qualifications: Rider must complete a miniumum of 4 novice level horse trials or higher. Participants should expect a championship level course which includes water, banks, ditches and suitable combinations.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non,-refundable office fee; Withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed, or mailed on or before C.D. (fax: 352-669-7689). NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After C.D- Entry/Stabling refunded only if spot is filled. ANY entries or changes submitted after C.D. will be charged a $25 processing fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. 30 day health certificate required at Florida State line.

Awards:

Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. T3D: Additional prizes provided by the USEA Classic Three-day Series Sponsors: SmartPak Equine, Five Star Tack, FITS and Nunn Finer.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $30/night (indicate which nights on entry). $25 stall cleaning deposit on a separate check. Stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving (no manure, urine, or hay), check will be destroyed if stall is cleaned. 104 perm. stalls on grounds. $30 for duration to ship in. T3D/N3D: Included with entry fee. Stall doors and bedding provided! Feed/hay available for purchase ½ mile away from show grounds. Veterinarian: # posted on each stall card.

Cross-Country:
I-3200m @550 mpm P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm/max. fence height 2'7". All courses: Flat terrain, , medium difficulty for all levels. T3D-Phase A-2860m @ 220mpm, Phase B-1560m @ 520mpm, Phase C-3740m @ 220mpm, Phase D-2700m @ 450 mpm. N3D-Phase A-2860m @ 220mpm, Phase B-1410m @ 470mpm, Phase C-3740m @ 220mpm, Phase D-2200m @ 400mpm. Participants should expect a championship level course which includes water, banks, ditches, and suitable combinations.
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed October 22 (last day to school, Oct. 21).
Levels may be further divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine.
Food on grounds.
Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed. If caught loose a $50 fine.
