Address: Hoosier Horse Park, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, IN 46124 North: I-65 to exit 80 west.  Take St. Rd. 252 west to US 31.  Go straight across 31 & go 3 miles to Schoolhouse Rd.  Right turn & follow HHP signs.  South: I-65 north to exit 76N to US 31 to 3rd light, left 3 miles to Schoolhouse Rd.  Right turn & follow HHP signs.

Fees:
Event Fees Directory – Draw checks to POHT.
Any entries accepted after Close Date up to August 7th must include an additional $50.00 late fee.  
Entry: Per division PT: $180.00; T,N,BN:  $170.00; Starter: $155.00
Stabling: $45.00 per night.  Early arrival:  $45.00 per night
Grounds Fee: $25.00 per horse/day.
Extra horse/Non-compete fee: $30.00 per day/horse + grounds fee and/or stabling fee.
Golf Cart: $60.00 arrange in advance with secretary by 8/10/12; send separate check with entry fees. 
Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Limit rider to 2 horses/level. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 fee with entry. Starter: USEA Membership/Non-membership fees are waived and Starter/D&M Fees do not apply.  Using paper pinny numbers - rider must supply vinyl bib.  Limited # for sale @ event: $20.00 - don't include this in your entry fees.   Bounced check fee: $40.00. Withdrawals must be in writing ONLY:  by snail mail must be postmarked no later than C.D.; and/or email to sec´y and received by 8 pm C.D.; no phone withdrawals.  Will accept credit card payment for electronic entries.  Payment must accompany all mail-in entries.  Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry fee less $25.00 office fee ONLY if able to fill from wait list & only until 8//7/12 - stabling no refund. Changes requested after C.D. made only as schedule permits with $35 change fee horse/rider or level (this includes stabling changes). Absolutely no changes after August 7! Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Coggins must accompany entry.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

$45/stall/tack/per night - very limited tack stalls.   Haul-in horses must pay $25.00 haul-in fee per day.  Non-compete horse must pay $30.00 plus stabling and/or haul-in fee per horse/day.   Please use group/stable name if wishing to be blocked together.  Stall change requests after C.D. $35.00 change fee.  Stabling opens noon Friday.  Stall doors.  No straw please.  Bedding available for purchase, further info from Hoosier Horse Park Staff (812)526-6809Veterinarian: on grounds vet. # posted at secretary´s booth.

Dressage:
Test & arena sizes:  PT-2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm.   T-2010 USEF Training Test A-Sm.  All N-2010 USEF Novice Test A-Sm.  All BN/Starter-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm.  Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country:
PT/T-2200- 2400 m @ 420-425 mpm.  N-1800-2000 m @ 350-375 mpm.  BN-1400-2000 m @ 300-350 mpm, 12-16 obstacles.  Starter: 1300-1500 m @ 250 mpm - max height 2'3": All new Jumps! Great for 1st time out.  All courses: P/T/N-Average, for horses with some experience at this level.  BN-Easy, good for first time at this level.  Terrain: Gently rolling & flat, some prairie.  New jumps!
Other Information:

Cross-country course closed July 22.  Food on grounds.  Camping on grounds: call Park office for fees (812) 526-6809.  No electric/water hook-ups permitted from the barns.  Dogs must be leashed - loose ones will be fined.  Incomplete entries will not be accepted until resolved: $20.00 charge.  Low key environment; good move-up courses.  New tracks & cross-country jumps. Golf cart rental: One day only Saturday - must be booked & paid for with entry.  Must be licensed driver to rent and operate, and returned to sec´y booth by 6 PM Saturday.  X-C schooling may be available through Hoosier Horse Park after the show on Sunday for $35: sign waiver & get a pinny.  Tack shop on grounds.  Please notify sectretary ASAP of any corrections to be made - check the website: www.Pennyoaksstables.com for confirmation of your entry status.
