Take the Harrison Ave Exit off of I5 north or Southbound. Head West on Harrison Ave. Left on Galvin Rd. Left on Lincoln Creek Rd. Lincoln Creek is 3.6 miles down on right.

Tentative Schedule:

Thurs: Young Event Horse competition- 1pm, Dressage schooling tests 1pm Cross-country open-3 pm. YR mtg at office- 7 pm.
Fri: Dressage-8 am.
Sat: Cross-country-8 am. Dinner- 6:30 pm- Everyone invited- new menu and ecixting changes planned.
Sun: Show Jumping-8:00 am.

Entries:

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. NSF CK fee $25 Refunds: Before C.D. Less $25 office fee; after closing date: Only if place can be filled from waiting list.  Vet or doctors note required. $25 fee for changes after C.D. $25 fee for entries postmarked after C.D., if accepted. Competition cancellation-Split after expenses.  Out-of-state horses must have current negative Coggins within 12 months (except Oregon). Please include copy with entry.

Awards:

Prizes through 6th, 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited. First come, first serve - $120. Stalls will be assigned in order received. Temp stalls on grounds. Bring stall guards. Early arrivals/late departures must be set- up with organizer prior to arrival- extra nights $30 per stall. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. No tie outs. Haul-in fee, $30 per horse. Veterinarian: Names & number will be posted at office.

Dressage:

HT: P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B- T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginning Novice Test B-Sm.  Arenas/warm-up: On grass

Cross-Country:

P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-1900 m @ 370 mpm. BN-1700 m @ 350 mpm/max 2´7", 12-15 fences. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.

Other Information:

Dressage schooling show offered on Thursday!  $20 a test, all event tests offered, through Preliminary.  Please note on entry which tests you would like to ride.  Perfect way to get those young horses and riders in the ring for more exposure! Young Event horse competition offered on Thursday as well.

Cross-country course closed July 15th Levels may be further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. All complete on time entries will be entered into a drawing to be held on Saturday night for a free entry for the 2013 Horse Trials. Team competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level, $5/team member. Party: Dinner Saturday evening- great food. Young Rider Benefit auction during dinner. Tickets available at show office. Barbeque dinner again! Purchase tickets at the office prior to Friday @ 6pm. Can send separate check with entry- $15 per adult and $10 per child. Plan to attend for a very fun evening including a dessert auction!!! All proceeds for benefit of Area VII Young Rider program.
