Directions:

Address: Hunter Oaks Equestrian Center is located just 14 miles west of Bloomington-Normal where I-55, I-74, and I-39 intersect.  From I-39, take Hudson exit and travel East to T-stop.  Right, then immediate left to end of road.  Right on SR 150west approx. one mile and right on MacAllen Lake Rd.   From Bloomington-Normal or Peoria, take I-74 to Carlock exit #120.  Exit and pass bp gas station, school, over RR tracks to stop sign.  Turn left (north) on US150 and go 3.6 miles to MacAllen Lake Road.  Turn right and you will see stabling.

Fri: XC course opens at 2:00pm.
Sat: Dressage-8:00 am; Show Jumping 10:30; Official cross-country course walk-6 pm  Show Jumping.
Sun: Cross-country-8:30 am. 
PAPER NUMBER PINNIES WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR XC; PINNEY HOLDERS WILL BE FOR SALE ON SITE.

Entries:

USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. These association fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry. Please use the 2012 entry form. Failure to do so could result in the entry not being accepted.
Double entries: Not accepted. IP, P entries must include USEF member # (owner, rider, agent) and copy member card OR include $30 non-member fee.  BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Lost pinny=$10. Returned Check - $50 fee. Refunds: Before C.D.‑ In writing - refund less $25 office fee; After C.D.‑ no refund. Competition cancellation-No Refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months - must accompany entry.

Awards:

All Divisions (Starter-IP): Prizes 1st - 3rd and 8 ribbons per division.  1st place dressage ribbons each division.
Hunter Oaks sponsors overall lowpoint awards:                                $100 cash Area IV Adult Rider , $100 cash Area IV YR, $100 cash IDCTA, $100 cash USPC
Duchess Trophy (donated by Kim Connelly) to oldest horse to complete event.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

$195/stall available Friday to Sun. 8pm.  Some tack stalls available @ $180/tack stall.  Request for GROUP stabling, please use ONE name (i.e. barn OR trainer) Please do NOT switch stalls upon arrival without secretary approval!!!!  Shaving available - $8.00 each.  180 temporary COVERED stalls on grounds with electricity. Stall doors provided. $75 grounds fee if not stabled on grounds. Veterinarian: Dr. Monfort  309-928-2127 / 309-826-2127 cell

Accommodations:

Hotels: Comfort Suites  309-834-4700, Quality Inn (309) 829-7602, Country Inns & Suites (309) 828-7177. Ramada Ltd (309) 828-0900. Hawthorne (309) 829-8111. Hampton Inn (309) 829-3700. All hotels are on west side of Bloomington near Interstate Center approx. 10 miles from farm. Rates vary. On-site primitive camping permitted @ no charge in designated areas, but NO amenities or electrical hook-up.  Must have own generator. Kamp Komfort RV campground w/ hook-ups, bath house, etc approx. 3 miles from farm 309-376-4411 and one mile off Carlock/I-74 exit.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: IP-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std.  P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN/Starter Test-2010 USEF Beginning Novice Test B-Sm. 

Cross-Country:

IP/P - 2800 m @ 500mpm. T‑2200 m @ 420 mpm.  N‑2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN‑1600 m @ 325 mpm/max. Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. 
Starter course-most fences 2'0" and max height 2'3" Starter xc includes some replicas of our larger fences.  Inviting for first event and the real deal! Starter course does NOT track thru timber or larger hills.

Other Information:

Cross‑country course closes end of day Wednesday, July 4. Entry limit-200. Riders limited to 2 horses/level, or 4 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/ combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Concessions & Vendor Fair on grounds.  Dogs must be leashed!
Saturday night complimentary refreshments on grounds at conclusion of Stadium.
