To UNH from Portsmouth (Route 95): Route 4 west follow signs towards Concord & Durham, go approx. 10 miles on Rt. 4 to UNH exit (Rt. 155-A); left off ramp. First left onto “Mast Road Extension.’ Follow signs to stabling & parking.
From West: Take Rt. 4 east from Concord NH. & take UNH exit (Rt. 155-A); right off ramp. Same as above.

Sat: Packets available/Cross-country course open-3 pm.
Sun: Dressage.-7:30 am; Show Jumping.-10 am; Cross-country 1:00 pm.
Please note: Due to one day format, riders will have a break between their show jumping and cross country rounds. Cross country will not begin until after the conclusion of all dressage.

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Negative Coggins WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF COMPETITION DATE is required for all horses. Coggins MUST be received BEFORE competition - May be faxed. Entries with invalid coggins upon closing date will be assessed an incomplete fee. Coggins bled prior to July 8, 2011 are invalid.
Priority will be given to entries postmarked on opening date, even if incomplete for any reason other than failure to include funds. Entries without payment will be held until payment is received. At closing date, incomplete etnries may be replaced with complete entries that are on wait list.
There will be a $20 fee assessed to all incomplete entries whose issues are not rectified by closing date. Please be sure your entry contains all required signatures, numbers, fees, Coggins, and other relevant information (including emergency contact and horse/rider experience.)
Double entries: Not accepted.

Changes: $20 fee for all changes to entry.
Refunds: Before C.D.Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. No refunds unless accompanied by a vet or medical note AND spot can be filled off of wait list. All withdrawals must be in writing. Withdrawals or changes will not be accepted by phone; must mail, fax, or email. Competition cancellation-Only USEF/USEA fees refunded. No refund on stabling.
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Special Awards: Lowest and Second Lowest Scoring Pony Clubber; Lowest Scoring UNH Student/Alumni, Best Scoring Connemara (sponsored by the ACPS). Please indicate which award you are eligible for (and the name of your Pony Club/year of graduation, whichever is relevant) on your entry. $95 stall from 3 pm Saturday to 6 pm Sunday; stalls do not need to be cleaned/stripped. 60 semi-permanent 10' x10' stalls on grounds, under metal roof: Solid vinyl partitions. Test & arena sizes: Small arena for all divisions. OT: 2010 USEF Training Test B; ON: 2010 USEF Novice Test B; OBN: 2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B. Arenas: 2 sand, 1 grass. Warm-up: Sand.
OT-2000 m @ 420 mpm. ON-1800 m @ 350 mpm. OBN- 1800m @ 325 mpm. All courses: Average to challenging for horses with some experience at these levels. Not suggested as a move up course.
Cross-country course will close just before event and is open for schooling by appointment only. Please contact organizer for schooling information.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food available on grounds.
Dogs welcome but MUST be leashed.
