1. Entries:
Entries with payment must be received by Secretary (postmark is irrelevant; see USEF Rules EV206 - 2e). Entries received by Secretary after Closing Date must include $10 late fee or will not be accepted. It is strongly recommended that you fill out your entry form legibly online, then print it, sign it & mail it with a copy of your horse's Coggins, copy(ies) of the Rider and/or Owner and/or Trainer's USEF card (Prelim & Intermediate entries only), stabling form, one fees check & one muck deposit check per horse. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office and one ticket to competitors dinner. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Entries limited to stall capacity. If oversubscribed, priority to USEA members. Double entries: Accepted, no fee. No more than 4 horses per rider at competition. Divisions will be further divided if entries warrant. Rank division preferences in the ELIGIBLE SECTION of entry. Include Rider Date of Birth on entry. Coggins must be current through April 18, 2010 and must accompany entry. ALL communication FROM Secretary will be via E-MAIL. Please include LEGIBLE e-mail address on entry. Indicate HORSE AND RIDER EXPERIENCE on entry. (If first or second horse trials, write 1st or 2nd.) Entry MUST include Horse/Rider Qualifications (see USEF Rules for Eventing, Appendix 3). ONE entry/stabling/fees check and ONE muck deposit check PER ENTRY. Do NOT send a single check for multiple entries. Do NOT send a single check for entry/stabling/fees & muck deposit. Entry must include Rider, Owner and Trainer signatures (Trainer must be 18 years old as of April 16, 2010). Preliminary and intermediate MUST send copy of Rider, Owner & Trainer USEF membership cards. Please send ALL entries wanting to stable together in the SAME envelope OR specify the same, ONE name on ALL the stabling forms. ANY changes AFTER C.D. = $30. No changes allowed in office on the Friday of event unless mandated by USEF rules. LATE FEE (must accompany any entry not RECEIVED BY SECRETARY after C.D.) = $10 and no refunds. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. WITHDRAWALS MUST BE IN WRITING TO SECRETARY; e-mail withdrawal accepted with accompanying phone call. After C.D.- No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund.

Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Competitors Wine & Cheese Welcome-6 pm.
3. Awards:
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division.
4. Starting Times:
Will be posted online at www.river-glen.com by Wednesday or call (865) 475-1005 on Wednesday the week of event. Results will be posted on same site within 2 days of event. May call (865) 475-1005 for immediate results.
5. Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited to stall capacity, $130 for Thursday thru Sunday nights. 210 perm. stalls on grounds. Initial 1 bag of shavings included in cost. Additional bags available for $6 ea. $25 muck deposit; send separate check. Stalls must be STRIPPED (not picked) or muck deposit check will be cashed. $50 fine for switching assigned stalls without permission from secretary. DO NOT TIE HORSES TO WASH RACKS! $30 trailer-in fee; $30 grounds fee non-competing horses. No schooling permitted until cross/country is finished on Sunday (includes non-comp horses). Veterinarian: Dr. Lisa Garren on grounds through event. Emergency # will be posted at secy's office.

*HOST HOTELS-Special rates! Ramada Limited-15 mi, (865) 546-7271 and Comfort Suites 865/246-2426 (both Exit 398). SPONSOR HOTEL-Special rates?Hampton Inn, 25 mi. (865) 465-0589 (Exit 407). All other local hotels listed at www.river-glen.com. All hotels are approx. 15 miles. CAMPING: Primitive, on grounds=$30 for Thursday thru Sunday nights, $10 per add?l night; RV Hook up = $50 for Thursday thru Sunday nights, $25 per additional night.

I-approx. 2800 m @ 550 mpm. P- approx. 2300 m @ 520 mpm. T-approx. 2100 m @ 420 mpm. N/BN-approx. 1900 m @ 350 mpm. BN max. height 2?6?. All courses: Average.
10. Other Information:
