Event Fees Directory : see individual section for details. Draw checks to Morven Park. CHECKS must be DRAWN ON U.S. BANKS or U.S. or International money orders. NO FOREIGN CHECKS. Please send separate checks for each horse. Entry:  HT A: $200.00, I: $185, P: $185, T: $175, N: $175 Stabling: $40/per stall per day; Tack stall: $ 40.00 /per day. Grounds fee: $ 30.00 (non-stabled horses-section 5)

1. Entries:

Before filling out your entry, please READ this Omnibus page IN FULL.  HT entries includes a $25 non-refundable office fee; does NOT include stabling - see below). $30 charge for change of entry. PLEASE include copies of current Rider, Trainer & Owner (including farm, syndicate & AHTF, etc.) USEF membership cards. All original signatures must be signed in ink. Double entries: Not accepted. Send entry form/fees & stabling form/fees for each horse and tack stall.  Refunds: Before C.D. Less $25 nonrefundable office fee. After C.D.-Less $25 office fee ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. NO REFUNDS for any level (entry or stabling) AFTER 9 pm, Sept. 25. All scratches must be given directly to Sec'y IN WRITING, BY FAX, OR E-MAIL. We are not responsible for scratches left on answering machine. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins within 12 months for all horses, including non-competing horses, must accompany entry. Horses without copy of current Coggins will not be allowed on grounds.

2. Tentative Schedule:

Friday: 3 PM, XC Courses open.  Sat:  Dressage, SJ, XC  Advanced, Int, Training; Sun: Dressage, SJ, XC Preliminary, Novice . Riders please note: If you have included an email address, we will notify you of changes to schedule & missing items in your entry via email. Please check emails regularly! If entries warrant, some dressage may run on Friday.

3. Awards:

8 ribbons per division. Major Lynch Memorial Trophy to best overall open Advanced score.

4. Starting Times:

 HT:  Available Sep 29 on the Internet www.morvenpark.org. If emergency, times available by phone from sec'y (703) 777-2890 on Sep 27-28 ONLY from 9 - 5 pm.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

Stalls:  $40/day. Tack rooms $40/day. 148 permanent stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. All entries, including noncompetes, must have a stabling form. All stabling requests must be in writing by closing date. Additional requests after CD subject to $30 processing fee. ABSOLUTELY no changes in stabling, after Oct 1. Bedding available for purchase. Veterinarian: TBD -  # will be posted in the barns, stable office and Sec'y's office. All vans/trailers that are staying overnight must go to long-term parking. This will be strictly enforced. Grounds Fee: $30 for non-stabled horses. NON-COMPETING HORSES: MUST fill out an entry form (write non-competing in division entered) and include all signatures, Negative Coggins test, and applicable fees. If not stabling, grounds fee applies.

6. Accommodations:

Best Western-2 mi., 1-800-528-1234. (ask for Morven Park rate) Comfort Suites-2 mi. (703) 669-1650. Holiday Inn, 1-888-850-8545 (ask for Morven Park rate) Hampton Inn Suites (703) 669-8640(ask for Morven Park rate). Ask for rooms under "Morven Park ". NO electric or water hookups. No tent sites. No sleeping in barns. Self-contained RV/Trailers only. Book accommodations early as this is Waterford Fair Weekend.

7. Directions:

Address: 41793 Tutt Lane, Leesburg, VA 20176 [North of Leesburg off Rte 15] From North: Right on Rte 740-Tutt Lane (1 mile north of town, just before Leesburg bypass) - 8/10 mile to drive on left. From South: Left on Rte 740-Tutt Lane (200 yards after end of Leesburg bypass) - 8/10 mile to drive on left. DO NOT follow signs in Leesburg for "Morven Park".

8. Dressage:

Test & arena sizes:  A- 2006 USEF Advanced Test B -Std.; I - 2006 USEF Intermediate Test A - Sm.  P: 2006 USEF Preliminary Test B - Sm; T - 2006 USEA Training Test B- Sm; N- 2006 USEF Novice Test B - Sm.  Arenas and warm-up: sand and stone dust.

9. Cross-Country:

A: 3600 m @570 mpm,. I- 3200m @550 mpm, P- 2800 m @ 520 mpm, T - 2400 m @ 420 mpm, N- 2000 m @ 400 mpm. Terrain:  Advanced - difficult, Intermediate - moderate, Preliminary - moderate, Training - moderate, Novice - moderate.

10. Other Information:

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Vendors welcome - call Morven Park (703-777-2890) for information and reservations. $50 charge for pinnies not returned. DOGS MUST BE LEASHED as per USEF Rule GR 301.6 Failure to comply could result in elimination. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES allowed on cross-country other than Official Vehicles * Refund checks not mailed until after event and check has cleared. Checks not received call (703) 777-2414.
