Fees:

Event Fees Directory – see individual section for details. Draw checks to Silverwood Farm or credit card (MC, Visa or Discover)-$5.00 processing fee applied. Entry: All divisions: $260.00 includes stabling - (section 1) Tack stall: $ 85.00 (section 5)

1. Entries:

Entry fee includes stabling & a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. $30 fee for any changes of horse/rider or level on entry when such requests can be accommodated. $30-Lost pinny. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Written/email cancellation must be received by 7 pm on C.D. After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund or substitutions for other shows. Competition cancellation- No refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses dated 2009 with entry. $50 returned check fee.

2. Tentative Schedule:

Fri: Stabling open-Noon; Cross-country open-3 pm; Sat: Dressage-7:30 am; Cross-country-11:30 am; Competitors and Volunteers´ pizza party-4:30 pm. Sun: Show Jumping-8 am. *Depending on the number of entries, Show Jumping could be held on Saturday.

3. Awards:

Trophy and 6 ribbons per division.

4. Starting Times:

Available approx. June 8th posted on www.silverwoodfarm.net.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

Available noon Friday to 9 pm Sunday. Perm 10x10 stalls in stabling complex. Tack stalls=$85. Temp stalls will be used ONLY if necessary. Stall doors provided. Stalls must be left in clean condition. Initial bedding not provided. Shavings available @ $7/bag--order must be in by 2 pm each day. For Groups: use ONE name for everyone in group. No guarantee of matches with multiple names! Competitors are responsible for stall damage. Veterinarian: Bristol Vet Service, (262) 859-2560. # will be posted at sec´y´s office.

7. Directions:

Address: (for internet only . NOT mailing) 28426 98th Street, Trevor, WI 53179 From I-.94 (WI): Exit Hwy C west to Route 83, north for 1/3 mile to SA west for 2.5 miles to T intersection. Left on AH for 0.5 miles to farm. From Richmond, IL: Rt. 173 east to Wilmot Rd north to town of Wilmot. At second stop sign (County Rd  C) turn right (east) to County Rd B LEFT (north) 2 mi. to AH right, 0.5 mile to farm.

8. Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: T-2006 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. SN-USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand.

9. Cross-Country:

T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1700 m @ 325 mpm/max. fence 2´7’. SN-970 m @300 mpm /max fence 2´3’. T/N/BN: Average, for horses with some experience at this level. SN- easy course that can be trotted

10. Other Information:

Cross-country course closed June 1, no schooling after May 31st! By appointment ONLY, call organizer to arrange schooling (262) 889-4700 Entry limit 150. Rider limit 2 horses/level; 3 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Party: Saturday 4:30 pm! All parking must be in parking field. Failure to comply will result in fines!
