1. Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee only if spot is filled; After C.D.-Less $25 with approved Vet. or Medical Certificate. Certificate must be received by horse trial’s secretary within two weeks after the competition. $25 fee for all changes after the C.D. All changes by email, fax. Competition cancellation-Less 1/2 entry fee. Stabling fee in full before April 1, after April 1 less $10. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.
2. Tentative Schedule:
Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Sat: All Dressage-8 am; All Cross-country-10 am; All Show Jumping-11:30 am.
3. Awards:
Trophy & 6 ribbons per division. Dressage ribbons 1st through 6th per division.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $30/stall/night. 20-35 perm. stalls approx. 3-7 miles from event. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided unless otherwise notified. $25 muck fee deposit on separate check - check returned if stall is stripped when leaving. Veterinarians: Dr. Bruce Hansen & Keenan, McAllister Associates. # will be posted with sec’y’.

7. Directions:
Address: 21 Branin Rd., Medford, NJ 08055. From I-295: Exit 34 A Marlton, Rt. 70 East. 9.7 miles to right at traffic light at intersection with Branin. Large Wawa on northeast corner. Bear left at fork, through stop intersection. Farm 1/2 mile on right. From NJ Turnpike: Exit 7 to Rt. 206 south to Rt. 70 west. At third traffic light (3.5 mi.) turn left onto Branin Rd; Large Wawa on northeast corner; bear left at fork, through stop intersection, farm 1/2 mi. on right.
8. Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2006 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2002 USEF Novice Beginner Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand.
9. Cross-Country:
Approximate distances. P-2500 m @ 520 mpm. T-2000 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm/max. fence height 2’7”, 15 jumps. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.
10. Other Information:
Cross-country course closed March 20. Entry limit 100 per day. Rider limited 2 horse/level; 3 total per day. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Unspecified entries, will assume to be seniors with experienced horses. Prize list from sec’y. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed with human attached: $50 fine for loose dogs. BNH-Horse not to have competed above Novice in USEA recognized event. BNR-Rider not to have competed more than two horse trials at the novice level or higher within the previous 24 months. TH-Horse not to have competed above Training level in USEA recognized event. Due to scheduling conflicts, the Champagne Run at the Park Horse Trials set to take place on July 10-11 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky has been cancelled. (May 17, 2010)
